Indenture of enfeoffment or grant by William Hinckes of Chester, yeoman, and Anne, his wife, to Edward Hinckes, son and heir apparent of William Hinckes, of parcels of land in Great Boughton, for which Edward Hinckes will pay several sums of money to several people. Signature and damaged seal of William Hinckes, mark of Anne Hinckes. Witnesses:- William Wood; Thomas Wilkinson; John Hannay; Michael Tarleton.
Endorsed:- memorandum that on 31 July last William and Anne Hinckes entered in person into the tenements in order to deliver them up to Edward Hinckes to have and hold according to the form of the indenture (in the presence of William Wood, Michael Tarleton, John Hannay and Thomas Wilkinson.
