Final concord, indented, between Robert Whitby junior, gent, plaintiff, and Edward Foxe, Elizabeth, his wife, and Thomas Foxe, deforciants, relating to the sale of two messuages, a cottage, three barns, two gardens, two orchards, thirty acres of land, six acres of meadow, thirty acres of pasture and three acres of meadow and heathland in Boughton, Cheshire, for £100, before Sir John Bridgeman, sergeant-at-law, and Sir Marmaduke Lloyd, justices of Chester.
