Bargain and sale, indented, by John Reynolds alias Barker, gent, son and heir of John Reynolds alias Barker of London, gent, deceased, to William Charles of Boughton, Cheshire, husbandman, of parcels of land in fields called Flaxe Way, Brooke Field and Gosson Hill Field in Boughton, for £14 13s, with letter of attorney in favour of William Davenport and Thomas Ball. Seal and signature of John Barker. Witnesses:- John Ashbrooke; William Thomason; Thomas Johnson
Endorsed:- memorandum concerning livery of seisin on 14 March 1617/18 to William Davenport and Thomas Ball, attorneys, in the presence of Thoas Done, Francis Hawarden, Owen Brereton, Miles Cook and Peter Callkin.
