Signatures and seals of Peter Aldersley and Peter Drinkwater. Witnesses:- Edward Kitchin; Nicholas Ince; Randall Holme; Robert Price; Ralph Mosse; Robert Bennett; Gruffudd Price
Endorsed:- Assignment of a lease made on 26 June 1617 [sic] by John Glover to Thomas Shorte, son and heir of Edward Shorte of Ashley, Staffordshire, yeoman, by Thomas to William Aldersley and Peter Drinkwater, as trustees for Thomas Whitbie [Whitby].
