Lease, indented, by Thomas Whitbie [Whitby] of Boughton, Cheshire, gent, to Hugh Tillstonne of the same, carpenter, of a messuage and tenements in Boughton, land called Fox Crofte in Christleton, and a cottage called the Boatehouse, for 99 years, for an annual rent of 13s 4d, and two days working as carpenter or one day's work with a plough team, paying £7 10s in advance and a further £7 at the sealing. Seal attached (damaged). Witnesses:- William Aldersey; Thomas Byn; John Cook; John Brooke; Gruffudd Price.
