Signature and seal of Edward Foxe. Witnesses:- Richard Hobs; Robert Price; James Garnett; Thomas Eccleston.
Endorsed:- memoranda: 1) concerning livery of seisin of the Birches to Thomas Ball of Boughton, gent, and John Eccleston of Chester, yeoman, attorneys, on 17 April, in the presence of William Primerose, John Hardware, Gruffudd Price and Raphe Wall; 2) concerning livery of seisin of the Cribbs to Thomas Ball of Boughton, gent, and John Eccleston of Chester, yeoman, attorneys, on 17 April, in the presence of William Primerose, John Hardware, Gruffudd Price and Raphe Wall.
