Asks for compensation for the lost clothing etc when the detachment under his command were moved urgently to stengthen the position at Coteau [Canada] while in the supposed care of the Quarter Master Generals department they were pillaged. [Request made before in an earlier letter.] Encloses list of men affected. [List not present].
