Folios 423-424: enclosures with folios 421-422. Appointment dated 1 August 1815 by Edward Griffiths, Rear Admiral of the White Squadron, of Charles Goldsmith to act in the post of Lieutenant which has been recently added to the complement of HMS Menai.
Folios 425-426: enclosures with folios 421-422. Letter dated 13 September 1815 by Charles Goldsmith, HMS Menai, Hampton Roads to the Admiralty.
