Description

Folios 355-356: Captain Hyde Parker, HMS Tenedos, Portsmouth Harbour.

Commends a young man called Robert Card, who passed his examination for Lieutenant over two years ago, and who has shown himself to be an excellent navigator and of great service in teaching the midshipmen of HMS Tenedos.
