Description

Folios 241-242: Joseph Packwood, 3 East Street, Queen Square, Bloomsbury.

He has heard that under new regulations Army officers wounded in action can receive a pension. He lost an arm in action when he was a Midshipman and hopes their Lordships will support requests for equal treatment for those wounded in the Naval actions.
