Folio 208: Robert Philpott, Deal.
Writes that as his wish to be employed in the Peace Establishment is unlikely to be fulfilled, he would request twelve months' leave of absence, as he intends to live on the Continent for that period, and that any letters or orders from their Lordships may be directed to him at Dunkirk and will be punctually attended to. His agents, Messrs John Atkins & Co are directed to pay any fees their Lordships think proper to comply with this request.
