Requests the usual reimbursement for expenses incurred in transporting the Duke of Orleans and his suite from Dover to Boulogne by order of Rear Admiral Scott.
Folio 166: enclosure with folios 164-165. Copy of Matthew Henry Scott'’s order dated 25 July 1815, to William Popham, HMS Pandora.
The Duke of Orleans and his suite are to be take from Dover to whichever port in France His Serene Highness wishes to go to.
