Encloses letters from James Hanna, Surgeon, about James Moullen, Gunner of HMS Primrose.
Folios 151-151A: enclosures with folios 149-150, dated 17 July 1815.
Report from Haslar Hospital stating that James Moullen is unfit for active service due to a diseased liver.
Folios 152-153: enclosures with folios 149-150. Acting Surgeon James Hanna, HMS Primrose, dated 13 July 1815, to Charles Rodney Phillott.
Application for a [medical] survey of Mr. Molan [Moullen] who is unable to carry out his duties as he is afflicted with chronic hepatitis.
