Folios 1-4. Letter from E Mackenzie-Quin[n] to Newcastle, asking him to influence the King regarding £3,200 which was due to him. Providing his services for the benefit of the Government, under an Order in Council of May 1728 for redressing losses 'in the French public funds'. Also mentions Lord Harrington who supports the claim. Note folios 3-4 dated 17 September 1737.
