Place of accident: Kerry, Montgomeryshire.
Injury: Crushed first and second fingers.
Details of accident: During shunting operations at Kerry Station, Swannick took hold of the side door with his left hand in order to jump into the Van with the result the he drew the door against his right hand which was resting on the body of the van and crushed his first and second finger.
