Name: John Stokes.
Occupation: Good Guard.
Place of accident: Oswestry, Shropshire.
Injury: Concussion and injuries to right arm.
Details of accident: Stokes was walking in the six foot, along side his train in the Oswestry yard when owing to his have gone too near the next set of rails he was caught and knocked down by a light engine, and he sustained concussion of the brain, and injuries to his right arm.
