Place of accident: Oswestry, Shropshire.
Injury: right eye injury.
Details of accident: Whilst putting brake blocks on a Goods Brake Van on pit Martin had to unscrew a 5/8 inch nut which was very stiff, and the spanner slipped and struck him on the ball of his right eye injuring it slightly.
