Name: Evans Davies.
Occupation: Wagon Lifter.
Place of accident: Builth Wells, Brecknockshire.
Injury: Scalp wound, bruised left arm and leg.
Details of accident: Davies, with two other men was repairing the crane in the Warehouse at Builth Wells, when the pulley fell down and struck him on the head felling him to the floor. He sustained a severe scalp wound and his left arm and left leg were badly bruised.
