Place of accident: Newtown, Montgomeryshire.
Injury: Cut forehead.
Details of accident: Roberts was engaged in Shunting train at Newtown standing on the step of his van had hold of the rail on the [O. G.] leaning outwards. He received some instructions from the shunter turning round to look forward when his forehead came in contact with the post of the wagon gauge and cut his forehead.
