Name: D L Evans.
Occupation: Porter.
Place of accident: Porthmadoc, Carmarthenshire.
Injury: Crushed two middle fingers left hand.
Details of accident: Evans was attaching some wagons in siding at Porthmadoc and whilst in the act of using the pole he stumbled or slipped and the two middle fingers on his left hand were caught and crushed between the buffers.
