Name: William Wilkinson.
Occupation: Apprentice Brassmoulder.
Place of accident: Oswestry, Shropshire.
Injury: Severely Burnt legs, feet and arms.
Details of accident: When carting mould to feed brass, the mould burst at the bottom and the metal running out came in contact with some water on the floor causing it to fly and Wilkinson's legs, feet, arms were severely burnt.
