Place of accident: Oswestry, Shropshire.
Injury: Wound on forehead.
Details of accident: Whilst conveying gate posts on a platelayer's lorry on the North side of the Engine sheds at Oswestry, the brake stick struck Humphreys on the forehead owing to it having caught against the wheel of the lorry causing a incised wound on the forehead.
