Details of accident: Pritchard crossing rails opposite the Oswestry Goods Warehouse to walk down the line to get to his lodgings, when he was caught by a wagon which was being shunted and was knocked down, two wagons and an engine passed over this left leg. Leg crushed , necessitating amputation.
