Place of accident: Barmouth, Merionethshire.
Injury: Dislocated thumb and injury to head.
Details of accident: Williams was standing up in his cart driving towards the town of Barmouth, and as going round a curve the horse turned sharply and he was thrown out of the cart sustaining dislocated thumb and slight injuries to his head.
