Details of accident: Lewis and another of the company's Workman were repairing the brake work of a coach standing in the carriage shed at Pwllheli and while doing so an engine was sent onto the coaches kicking them back Lewis was knocked down, wheel coach No 202 passed over him, killing him instantly.
