Place of accident: Brecon, Brecknockshire.
Injury: Left leg broken just above ankle.
Details of accident: In crossing the Brecon yard on his way to work, Jones crawled under some wagons of a goods train which was being shunted, and a wheel of an empty wagon passed over his left leg, breaking it just above the ankle.
