Details of accident: Shunter proceeded to Warehouse to drawing out wagons, it was noticed that Owen was underneath the Engine; Supposed he fall in trying to untie the sheet of a wagon. No one knew Owen was near the wagon as he was seen a few minutes previously. The Driver sounded his whistle before moving the wagons.
