Injury: Crushed.
Details of accident: Cleaning rubbish off line in Bay, Down side of line at Barmouth staton. Humphreys crushed between the stop block and vehicals of the 12.50 train being shunted into the Bay - Humphreys approached the train unobserved by the Shunter or members of the Company's staff - Death instantaneous.
