Name: J Davies.
Occupation: Assistant Timber Loader.
Place of accident: Welshpool, Montgomeryshire.
Injury: Two fingers removed owing to crushing.
Details of accident: This man was assisting to load timber at Welshpool, working the crane with one hand instead of using the handle which he held in the other hand. He was also looking about him at the time and the consequence was that his hand was drawn into the cog crushing his fingers two having to be taken off.
