Injury: Injury to head and face.
Details of accident: Jerman went into the shop of Messes Davies and Davies Long Bridge street for a link and staple going round the end of the counter fell into the cellar owing to the trap door being open causing injury to his head and face. (He had no business that sider of the counter).
