Place of accident: Newtown, Montgomeryshire.
Injury: Broken arm.
Details of accident: After bringing his train to a stand at Newton station Williams put his arm through the spoke of the wheel to feel the connection rod when the weight of the train which was on a incline drew the engine back and broke a bone of Williams' forearm.
