Certificate of justices of the Midland circuit for mercy in the cases of: John Byles, John Hurst and Samuel Garner, convicted at Northampton of robbery; John Newbill, (Lincoln, for horsestealing); Samuel Warsup (Nottingham, sheepstealing); Cuthbert Hayington and William Ryley, (Nottingham, horsestealing); John Kemp (Nottingham, burglary); John Hackett (Leicester, forgery); Peter Hansua (Warwick, housebreaking); John Cotton, John Pilsbury and John Shaw (Warwick, horsestealing) and Philip Wright (Warwick, sheepstealing); also reporting the reprieve of Richard Gibbs (Warwick, accused of horsestealing).
