Folios 83-86. Letter (and copy) from R Tracy to Newcastle, asking for the Duke's support in a dispute between Mr Greenall of Worcester and the Russian Ambassador Count Gernichew, concerning payment for works done in Russia to build a malt distillery. Also includes an abstract of the Memorial of Robert Greenal regarding this dispute. Being contracted for three years, the memorialist instead of receiving his whole balance of £200 sterling, received only £44 3s 6d sterling with a charge of complaints against him.
