Folios 398-405: Covering letter and report of operations (paper No 400/120.E) from Vice Admiral Cecil Fiennes Thursby on HMS Triad comprising: Disposition of Battleships and attached cruisers – 17 February 1917, 1st Detached Squadron (Crete and escort duty in Zone VIII), 2nd Detached Squadron (Dardanelles area), 3rd Detached Squadron (Salonika area), 4th Detached Squadron(Smyrna and Anatolian Coast Southward to Cape Marmarice), 5th Detached Squadron (Doro-Salonika transport route and East coast of Greece), 6th Detached Squadron (Bulgarian coast), submarines and mines, movements of HM Ships, general remarks. Noted that Flight Lieutenant CA Maitland-Heriot and Sub-Lieutenant WC Jameson attacked, forced to land and taken prisoner, Flight Sub-Lieutenant GT Bysshe failed to return. Other flight personnel mentioned.
