Nationality: Danish.
History: bound from Lisbon to Santander, laden with hides; taken on 20 November 1800 by the privateer Ferret (Robert Hozier commanding), and brought into Plymouth.
Appellant: Fermin de Tastet, merchant in London on behalf of Joseph Ventura Montano merchant of Lisbon, Portuguese subject.
Respondent: The captor.
Bound printed appeal with manuscript decree of 3 August 1805 (folios 353-364).
