Folios 69-71. Letter from [Sir] Hen [Henry] Ibbetson, Leeds [Yorkshire] writing at the request of the acting Commissioners of the Turnpike at Selby and enclosing the information of Arthur Row, toll collector, about the destruction of the turnpike and asking for 'instructions how to act in this affair for as it concerns the lives of a great many persons' he does not wish to act precipitately. Benjamin Woodsworth, town cryer of Selby, is named as the only one known of the attackers.
