Description

Folios 121-122. Copy of the brief to the Attorney-General for his opinion as to whether there is sufficient information to convict Miss [Mary] Blandy and if so whether he would advise the issuing a special commission to try her immediately or to wait until the next assizes. Mr Sharpe, Captain Cranston [Cranstoun], Susan Gunnel and Ann Emmet are mentioned. With his opinion.
