Folios 119-120. Affidavit of Benjamin Brandson Customs officer of Kessingland, Suffolk regarding the 'rescue' from custody of James Holt otherwise Hoult by an armed gang of some 18 or 20 men. Charles Welch, landlord of The King's Head Kessingland, John Leader of Benacre, John Jarmy [Jermyn] otherwise Pauling [Palling] and William otherwise Luke Jefferies [Jeffreys] are mentioned.
