Name: Frank Osborne.
Occupation: Carpenter.
Place of accident: Barry, near South Hydraulic Engine House, Glamorgan.
Injury: Tops of three fingers and left thumb crushed.
Details of accident: With his mate,he was lifting the body of a side tipping wagon off its frame, his mate using a chain jack. On lowering the body of wagon on to a prop Osborne's hand jammed between chain and pulley, pinching tops of his fingers and thumb.
