Folio 43. Certificate of Mr Justice Smythe for mitigations of sentences on persons convicted on the Midlands Circuit on condition of their being transported for the term of fourteen years. Lincoln[shire] County Assizes: Thomas Winn convicted for horse stealing; Nottingham[shire]: Benjamin Winn convicted of horse stealing, Robert Mawl for the same offence, and John Booth for sheep stealing; Derby: Ann Simpson for burglary; Leicester: John Green for robbery on the highway, and William Howse for burglary; Coventry [Warwickshire: John Watson for burglary; Northampton: Michael Burbridge for horse stealing, and Alice Easton for murder of a child.
