Folios 134-135. Report of Mr Justice Foster on the recommendation of the Earl of Morray for mitigation of the sentence for William Nisbet, convicted of robbery at the Surrey Assizes. The defendant being under eighteen years old, was attainted for selling the hair of a horse's mane that he had cut off; recommending transportation for fourteen years.
