Folio 29. Certificate of the Midlands Circuit justices for mitigations of sentences on condition of their being transported for fourteen years. Namely: John Hunt convicted of horse stealing and Joseph Dobbs of burglary at the Northampton County Assizes; William Clarke convicted of horse stealing at the Rutland[shire] Assizes; John Dale for sheep stealing at Nottingham; George Smalley for sheep stealing,Thomas Spralt for horse stealing, and Thomas Story for burglary at Leicester; William Anderson for coinage dabasement, John Pemberton for horse stealing, and James North for sheep stealing at Derby; Thomas Drake for pick pocketing, and John Asbury for sheep stealing at Warwick Assizes.
