['The Railway Magazine']:
1) [October 1918, page 227], 'Glasgow [to] St Pancras express passing Rockcliffe [Kirkcudbrightshire], ... No 129, fitted with superheater and Weir feedwater heater and pump, [photograph] F E Mackay'.
2) [January 1928, page 23], 'Glasgow [to] Ayr leaving St Enoch [Glasgow], ... No 14674 [ex No 129 and 513], [photograph] P Ransome-Wallis'.
Unidentified, undated publications [probably 'The Railway Magazine']:
3) [c 1913], 'St Pancras [to] [Glasgow] St Enoch express near Stewarton [East Ayrshire], ... No 129, fitted with Weir feedwater heater and Schmidt superheater, [photograph] I Cheyne'.
