Grant by John Herbert, gent, and Andrew Palmer, citizen and goldsmith of London, to Elizabeth I of their lands and tenements (named) in Gloucestershire, Somerset, Hertfordshire, and Wiltshire [these lands formed part of a grant in fee simple by letters patent to Theophilus Adams and Thomas Butler on 30 Apr 1587].
