Bargain and sale by John Bellowe and John Broxholme, esqs, to Sir William Paulet, treasurer, David Brooke, baron of the Exchequer, and William Bigges, esq, auditor of the Exchequer, of messuages, lands, and tenements in the town, fields and territories of Goxhill, the grange of St Leonard's in Grimsby, the manor of Usselby, and all their other lands and rents in East Rasen, Usselby, Belton, Ludford, Caistor, and West Thorpe, Lincolnshire, in consideration of £1402 7s 3d owed to the Crown.
