Surrender by Richard Whalley of Welbeck, Nottinghamshire, esq, to Philip and Mary of rents to the yearly value of £117 13s 4d, plus the manors of Broxtowe and Mapperley, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, in satisfaction of £1169 6s 8d of a £3892 9s 3¼d debt accrued by Whalley as general receiver of the revenues of the late Court of Augmentations and Revenues of the Crown within the county of Yorkshire.
