Grant, for 78 years, by Elizabeth I to Thomas Wilson, doctor of the laws and one of the queen's two principal secretaries, of the manors of Littlebury and Haddstock, Essex, and the manor of Balsham, Cambridgeshire, for a yearly payment of one pound of pepper. Attached is a deed in Wilson's hand, appointing William Fox as his attorney to see that the first deed is delivered and enrolled. Both sealed by Wilson. 21 Eliz I
