Description

Grant by Edward Fiennes Lord Clinton and Say and Sir Henry Fiennes, his son and heir apparent, to Elizabeth I of lands and estates (named) in Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, and Nottinghamshire, including the lordships and manors of Epworth, Crowle, Westwood, Axaye alias Axhay, Luddington and Eastoft. In exchange for several of the queen's lands and estates (named), including the manors of Scredington, Beringworth, Swaton, Immingham, and Aslackby, Lincolnshire, Horsforth and Chapel Allerton, Yorkshire, Southeast, Sussex, Wolfe in Tendring, Essex, and Brokeford Hall in Thwaite Brokeford, Wickham, Thornham, and Stoke, Suffolk.
