Bargain and sale by Henry Stanley, earl of Derby, to Elizabeth I of the manors of Dunderdale, Osmondeley and Torrisholme, the moiety of one half of the manors of Ulnes Walton and Kellermere, and lands and tenements in Wharles and Manchester, Lancashire, in consideration of the reversion of the third part of certain manors, messuages, lands and tenements in the counties of Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, and Staffordshire, to the value of £98 8s 4d, to Henry Stanley and Lady Margaret, countess of Derby, his wife, so that they might be sold to alleviate Lady Margaret's many debts.
