Grant, for seven years, by Elizabeth I to Francis Robinson of London to be present in all custom houses and places of lading or unlading of wares in England and Wales, to see that the Crown is not defrauded in the payment of the duties on wine imported and to receive and levy the same, excepting the butlerage and prisage of wine and all dues belonging to the office of butlerage or Chief Butler of England, or accountable by the same butler.
